n RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH STORAGE
S BUILDING FOR FIRE RESCUE AND POLLUTION
CONTROL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
7herStofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
c ,Admnistrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
N peC-ifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Storage Building
tor`-=Fire Rescue and Pollution Control, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa., and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
=- le said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
;etc.:, for the Storage Building for Fire Rescue and Pollution
£ontrol, which were preliminarily approved on October 24, 2005,
end
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
4, 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Storage Building for Fire Rescue
and Pollution Control, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2005 .
