-, t• O WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
i 'etofore instructed the Superintendent of Streets of said City
c to- prepare proposed specifications, bidding document, form of
re contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 4-6 Ton Portable Tandem
-St, tic Roller, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

;'' =: WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Streets did file said
prerminary specifications, bidding document, form of contract,
let-c:', for the Purchase of 4-6 Ton Portable Tandem Static Roller,
hiCh were preliminarily approved on October 24, 2005, and

-- WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
_ 4; 2005, and no objections were made.
T - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 4-6 Ton
Pdxtable Tandem Static Roller, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2005 .
