s q BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Lhat the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated November 14, 2005,
for sale and conveyance for $1 . 00 property generally located near
the southwest corner of Oak/Franklin Streets intersection, for
re the purpose of constructing a 64-unit affordable assisted living
L fa.cility for elderly and low-income seniors, by and between The
Rbe of Waterloo L. P. , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
sake is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2005 .
