DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
D MAYOR PRO TEM.

-__ __- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the Agreement dated November 14, 2005, for EDI grant in the
amount of $278, 348 . 00, to be used to acquire the business and
property located at 220 Jefferson Street and demolish the
bluilding, along with demolishing property located at 311-313 West
1:st: Street, by and between U. S . Department of Housing and Urban
CA
Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
e-reby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
Barite in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
