RESOLUTION NO. 2005-1032
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR F. Y. 2006 RATH BROWNFIELDS
ti s AREA DEMOLITION, CONTRACT NO. 708 .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
nciieer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the F. Y. 2006 Rath Brownfields Area Demolition,
N Contract No. 708, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
he `specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
farm of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2005 .
