< T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
cD ,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall-, meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Wate-r-Ioo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 5th day of December, 2005, for
the- purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
'spe6ifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y.
2006- -Rath Brownfields Area Demolition, in the City of Waterloo and
EthetAking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 708 .
:Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
01ce of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
