RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO QWEST FOR A
'-3 WAIVER TO PLACE CONCRETE IN THE AREA BETWEEN
THE CURB AND THE SIDEWALK TO BE LOCATED IN
THE 400 BLOCK OF SYCAMORE STREET.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to

c WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the
