That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa t' ffa.4:*Eeet- at- City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, p.m. on the 12th day of December, 2005, for the purbi of -considering and acting upon a proposed development agreement wth Cedar Valley Restoration and Development (David -Ded&I =tor t-h-e development of the Eastside Riverfront Housing to transfer for -$1 . 00, plus costs, property generally bounded by Sycamore Street, East 8th Street, the flood dike along the Cedar River and the- Union Pacific Railroad, with requirement to build a minimum of 40 units with an absorption rate of at least 6 units per year and tax rebates for 10 years, and legally described as follows : All of Block 22 of the Original Plat of Waterloo East, as platted; and also all that part of Block 1 of the Original Plat of Waterloo East that lies Southeasterly of railroad; and that part of East 7th Street that lies between Block 1 and Block 22 of the Original Plat of Waterloo East; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
