TEXAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
v BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

-that the Contract dated November 21, 2005, in the amount of
L7 )8, 962 . 00, in conjunction with Purchase of 4-6 Ton Portable
_Tandem Static Roller, by and between Fergerson Manufacturing &
ru 7:5quipment Co. of Dallas, Texas, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
L:eXecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
