Q U. S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
-; DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s ¢ ' SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
__.. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tha-e the Application dated November 21, 2005, for FY06 Economic
Development Initiative Special Purpose Grant funds in the amount
of: $248, 000 . 00, with no required local match, to be used for the
Cedar Valley Tech Works property acquisition, by and between the
U:8 = Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) , and the
tYe_ of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
Iayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Wa,teloo, Iowa .
