ti WITH UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated November 21, 2005, at
:a cost of $9, 850 . 00, to enter into partnership in the planning,
• _designing and completion of an evaluation of the Fire Pals
, Education Program within Black Hawk County, by and between the
University of Northern Iowa of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of
N Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
4 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2005 .
