WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
• 9ffcial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
;specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the
Char. Replacement at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, in
Jthe:<City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,

WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
<: i'led said specifications, bidding document, form of contract,
7ietc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
._considered the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W1 .TERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2005 .
