'FOLLOWS:
- Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
melet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
•--Watrloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 12th day of December, 2005,
for-: 177the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. for the
-Chair Replacement at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, in
the-C:it ,of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
nOtice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2005 .
