J -� RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
n FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR PURCHASE OF 50
GALVANIZED STREET LIGHT POLES.
s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
)S perintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
• specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 50
c, PC-�1vanized Street Light Poles, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
c specified in the specifications, and

-, WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
o -sid specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of
r --the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
;WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
--` e, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
