RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2006
4 - T RATH BROWNFIELDS AREA DEMOLITION, CONTRACT
n NO. 708 .
he < WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
�r"oofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F_. Y.7 2006 Rath Brownfields Area Demolition, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 708, and
- - WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
ecfications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 Rath
Brown fields Area Demolition, known as Contract No. 708, which were
preliminarily approved on November 14, 2005, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
5., 2=D05, and no objections were made.
;v 7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAtERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 Rath Brownfields Area
Demolition, known as Contract No. 708, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
• PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2005 .
