BY B & B BUILDERS AND SUPPLY OF WATERLOO,
~ IOWA FOR F. Y. 2006 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM - ZONE 5, CONTRACT NO. 691 AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.

n materials and performed labor at a total cost of $52, 238 . 16 in
connection with F. Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program -
c Zone 5, Contract No. 691, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
