- RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 5, 2005, for Enforcing Underage
Drinking Laws grant, in the amount of $2, 000 . 00, with no required
• local match, to be used for officer overtime and informant costs
(A for officers to complete compliance checks on businesses in
Waterloo, by and between Iowa Department of Human Services, and
ry the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
