BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
, that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5, 2005, at a
c cost. of $2, 500 . 00, to prepare grant application for State
n; Recreational Trails Grant Program funds, in conjunction with
development of Trail Enhancements/Overlooks for River Renaissance
fr FLpject, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of
cc 5ov nments of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo be and
t osame is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
