EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
h4tthe Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5, 2005, at a

N ke rational Trails Grant Program funds, in conjunction with
