RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

�. PLAT AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF SUMMERLAND
FARMS FIRST ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF
s WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

-WHEREAS, on this 5th day of December, 2005, at a regular
rpeet-ing of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
eliminary Plat of Summerland Farms First Addition, Waterloo,
B-1 dlC Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and

-:WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
Lv,, and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Prsgramming and Zoning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY-, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Summerland
Farms First Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and
it i,-s hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2005 .
