s H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the Agreement dated December 5, 2005, for FY2005 Law
" Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program funding, in an amount not
t exceed $667, 590 . 00, with no required local match, by and
v -be-ween Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division,
-ar the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
