RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE

CONJUNCTION WITH THE KIMBALL SOUTH RURAL

c — `" WHEREAS, Annette Schilling, 22 W. Eagle Road, has paid the
ry Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note

- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1A9 R ,OO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
Dcrber 5, 2005, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
w ith.--the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
Arinetie Schilling, 22 W. Eagle Road, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2005 .
