BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th t the Agreement dated December 5, 2005, for Resource
• -En-hancement and Protection (REAP) grant, in the amount of
N 4 2t0, 000 . 00, with required local match of $105, 469. 00, for
improvements at Riverview Recreation Area, by and between Iowa
re -Department of Natural Resources, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
-execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2005 .
