VAi = DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• I3at the Amendment dated December 5, 2005 to Vision Iowa Program
=gent award agreement, which will eliminate the Builders Risk
oc f�-Surance and performance bond requirements for the three
N portions of the City of Cedar Falls Component, by and between the
lion Iowa Board, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
,sine is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
