c:1; 771 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH RICHARD
THOMAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
:-" AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
3 that the Agreement dated December 5, 2005, to create a mural for
downtown Waterloo at a cost of $20, 000 . 00, by and between Richard
Thomas and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
