. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
e ,-inthe Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
- iter-1oc Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 19th day of December, 2005,
'for the purpose of considering and acting upon the City' s request
-to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "M-2, P" Planned
Industi.-al District approximately 70 acres of land generally
located :at 2375 Independence Avenue and legally described as

C ' e.77' East one-half (E ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA)
f' r-of the Southwest Quarter (SW�) , and the South one-half
(•B' ) of the East one-half (E ) of the Northeast Quarter
r� n (i qk) of the Southwest Quarter (SW14) , and the Southwest
Quarter (SW;1) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) , and the
South one-half (S' ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW'I) of
the Southeast Quarter (SDI) , all in Section 20,
Township 89 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the East
Sixty-six (66) feet thereof, subject to highways, and
except that property deeded to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa in Land Deed Book 571, Page 613, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
