7.; RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
n SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER CHAIR
REPLACEMENT.
.' f .7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
(.-; heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
^Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
c -specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan
,Brothers Convention Center Chair Replacement, in the City of
c- Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
_file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair
-:Replacement, which were preliminarily approved on November 21,
-2005, and
=_ WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
2, 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
'contract and bond, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Chair Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2005 .
