RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH FIVE
n SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER CHAIR
REPLACEMENT.
s ¢ WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-1094, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
• Center Chair Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JdATERLOO IOWA that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
c 3s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
_pecifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2005 .
