COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s tfat the One-year Agreement dated December 12, 2005, with
' IVA'terloo Community School District to provide six School Resource
- :Officers in the schools, by and between the Waterloo School
District, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
i reby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
H e- alf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
