RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
x v TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
�. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ttlat the Professional Services Agreement dated December 12, 2005,
ati a cost not to exceed $110, 000 . 00, for final design and
construction related services in conjunction with the East Side
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
s' hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
In behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2005 .
