BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the first amendment to Reciprocal Easement Agreement dated
=_December 12, 2005, to extend completion date to April 30, 2006 to
4;tchase a portion of the drive up parking lot at 425 Cedar

vie. hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
