RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH U. S .
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND DIRECTING
� e EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
--that the Application dated December 12, 2005, for a grant in the
• -mount of $200, 000 . 00, for environmental assessment of hazardous
(,, -substances within the boundaries of Jefferson Street, Mullan
7A�zenue, Franklin Street and 18th Street, by and between the U. S .
`Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
eecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2005 .
