RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH SJ

CONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
-T; AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 12, 2005, to lease
Tpproximately 1, 600 square feet of the former Black Hawk
�, =-Sprinkler building located at 1100-1106 Sycamore Street, at a
c, c-bst of $300 . 00 per month, to use for cold storage space, by and

- Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
- -authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
