RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH RICHARD JONES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
T v BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated December 12, 2005, for
rehabilitation of property located at 2554 Edgemont Avenue, by and
between Richard Jones and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2005.
