CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF STREET LIGHT

j ;,ti WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
• :heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
(.7: said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
_etd,. , for the Purchase of Street Light Poles, TRF-126-06, in the
N -City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
::said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
`Purchase of Street Light Poles, TRF-126-06, which were
;_pr.eliminarily approved on November 21, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
.1S, 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Street Light Poles, TRF-126-
06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 2005.
