J ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Y at the Addendum to Development Agreement dated December 19,
U 2005, to construct new homes and a mixed use building within the
