RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
v TECHLINE OFFICE SYSTEMS OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER

• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
c — That the bid of Techline Office Systems of Waterloo, Iowa, in
he amount of $56, 202 . 00, for the Five Sullivan Brothers
C vention Center Chair Replacement Project, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, after public hearing on published notice required by
be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
.-re'ceived for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
ccitract with the said contractor for the construction of said
-improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
