HEREAS, Sheltered Reality in Partnership with Main Street

WHEREAS, said outdoor event will include a live band with

Ei ¢ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAIl' LOO, IOWA that the request of Sheltered Reality in
Partnership with Main Street Waterloo for a variance to Ordinance
No. i3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with a live band with
amplifiers, PA system and speakers to play CD music at Lincoln
Park in conjunction with outdoor event, from 2 : 00 p.m. to 4 : 00
p.m. on September 11, 2004 , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2004 .
