NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the above allocation of grant in the
amount of $25, 933 . 00 from the U. S . Department of Justice in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2004 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant
Program, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the required local match will
be provided by the Waterloo Community Schools .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2004 .
