c That the bid of Restoration Services, Inc. of Waterloo,
164oin the amount of $17, 770 . 00, for Homeland Security Window
Recement and Caulking for City Hall, described in the plans
andrspecifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
pr4 ct, after public hearing on published notice required by
H.1046-Th be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
�ived for said work.

Q' The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
prop act with the said contractor for the construction of said
impvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
