the epos of holding a public hearing on proposed
plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for F.Y.
2005 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program - Zone 4 , Contract No.
678 , in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .

publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
