WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
4exintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
WO4_fications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
let :; for the Purchase of Outdoor Public Warning Sirens, FY2005 -
104-04, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the

k n r WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
c 'aid-' plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,

HE-+ c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FtOkLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
hand preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
ereby preliminarily approved.
