WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
aPrdinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
H WHEREAS, said Daryl and Meri Kay Chase have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
+3094, on August 7, 2004 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555
West Wellington Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 ,
Noise Ordinance, on August 7, 2004 , from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. ,
be and the same hereby granted.
