n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FW 'ERLOO, IOWA that the request of Rolling Thunder, Inc . , Iowa
:Chapter #1, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance,
n conjunction with a 21 gun salute and firing of canons at
Veterans Memorial Hall Soldiers and Sailors Park for the Prisoners
of War-Missing in Action Recognition Day on September 17, 2004
from 6 : 30 p.m. to 7 :30 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
