' It the agreement dated July 26, 2004, for the renewal of 5-year
a) biosolids agreement for the period of July 1, 2004 to June 30,
`' t5yr9, by and between Nutri-Ject Systems, Inc. of Hudson, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
