fuWHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City

Ay of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
' - :-WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,

cois`ired the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 2004 .
