t .eretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare

spemiications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004

NO-. 682 , which were preliminarily approved on June 21, 2004 , and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 6,
2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract , etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Ferguson Distribution Center
Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 682 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2004 .
