O - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
w r,tiat the Development Agreement dated July 6, 2004 , by and between
Lockard Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
rsame in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
