d BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Agreement dated July 6, 2004 , for engineering services,
at a cost not to exceed $12 , 600 . 00 , to assist in preparation and
implementation of permit requirements and continue coordination
4h other metropolitan cities in conjunction with EPA Phase II
Storm Water Management Permit, by and between Ament, Inc . of
Oedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
:same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
