to c nduct Midwest Folkfest at Veteran' s Memorial Park; 4th
Stre4g4rom Water to Commercial Streets; Courier parking lot on
West Lff Street; Paramount Park; and Cedar Street from Park
Avenue to West 5th Street on Friday, August 6, 2004 , from 5 : 00
p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. , and Saturday, August 7, 2004 , from 11 : 00 a.m.
to 10 : 00 p .m. , be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2004 .
